SHORT VERSION: There's going to be a call on Saturday September 6th at 5:30PM Paris time.
The call will be on Jitsi (open-source AI-free alternative to Zoom):Zoom: https://calls.disroot.org/FOLLE-initial-Setup-Meeting-104720193743014us06web.zoom.us/j/89643319490?pwd=2EIAPBLb9d4qQ4k1K5aCSFoBZA8DUa.1

Anyone is invited even if you don't plan to get involved long-term. Please share this with any faerie who might be interested!
More details about the FOLLE and the meeting:
First off, if you're just learning about the FOLLE, here is the written proposal that was submitted to the Great Circle:
1 - Introduction
Hellooo peeps this is Pingouin / Robin.
One of the things I’ve been thinking a lot over my first year as a Steward is knowledge retention. I see faeries wanting to get involved in projects but as soon as they are not on the sanctuary it’s not clear for them what to do or who to talk to. Some organizers sometime lack critical knowledge about the land which can lead to difficult situations (plumbing and electricity especially). It’s not clear for all the Stewards which document is stored where, or what is the password or linked email address for this one specific tool. We also have a lot of lovely booklets and zines and ideas and workshops thrown around all the time.
As our community grows and shifts, the need for a shared memory becomes more vital. I would really like to have one place that, any time there’s any question about Folleterre, could make getting involved, getting in touch, just a little smoother and easier...
2 – Proposal
So I propose the creation of the FOLLE: a communal library and digital sanctuary where faeries, new and seasoned, can access and contribute practical wisdom, community lore, and land-based know-how. This library will serve as a central, searchable archive covering some topics such as:
Orientation support for new faeries (e.g., land etiquette, roles, integration)
Information on Steward activity that is accessible to everyone (e.g., decision log, meeting minutes, yearly activity reports)
An updated version of the good gathering guide
Land and surroundings guide (e.g., garden, surrounding wildlife, neighbors)
Practical tips (e.g., what is often bought and where to buy them, easy recipes to cook for large groups)
Infrastructure tips (e.g., plumbing systems, electricity, trash management)
Activity resources (e.g., morning meeting rituals, workshops, seasonal magic)
Emergency information (e.g., hospitals, contact protocols, safety maps)
Once there is enough content in the library there is a strong desire to print some zines and have them in little booklets all over the sanctuary.
The discussion is going to revolve mostly around those topics:
0. MOST IMPORTANT: what should be the library's color palette be??? i like the hot pink but it has to be a community consensus.
1. What type of content would the community like to see?
2. Who would like to contribute and write / curate content
3. How to keep the library relevant and up to date over the season
Trying to find strategies to keep people aware of the FOLLE's existence, and let them know. One option would be to always have one gathering organizer act as a gathering historian, in charge of updating the FOLLE or pointing other faeries towards relevant books.
4. Policy on content "subjectivity" and "accuracy"
When talking about historic events at Folleterre there can be many viewpoints, that sometimes contradict one another. How can we honor and preserve our multi-faceted story?
5. Any other topic brought up by the community!
If you feel there's something missing on this agenda please send a message to Pingouin (robin.fae@proton.me)
